We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Here’s what to expect when you shop with Dermaphilic.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a follow-up email with tracking details as soon as it ships.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders, regardless of size or destination. We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 (calculated before taxes and after discounts). The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.
Delivery times may be affected by high order volumes, weather events, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
If you have not received the package as marked delivered within 7 business days of noted delivery day and have contacted your local carrier, please contact us with your order number, so we may assist.
All orders are insured. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost once the insurance claim is processed.
After 7 business days from the listed delivery date, Dermaphilic cannot be held responsible for lost packages marked as delivered.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Dermaphilic is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you catch a mistake after placing your order, contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Shipping carriers may require full payment for reshipping returned items. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, being refused, or left unclaimed, we may need to charge for additional postage or reshipment.
Dermaphilic is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Cancellations/Order Changes
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been fulfilled—whichever comes first. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
