Where can I purchase Dermaphilic products?
Right here on our website! All Dermaphilic products are available exclusively through dermaphilic.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment options may vary slightly depending on your browser or device.
Can I change the shipping address on an order I just placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Email us at info@dermaphilic.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
When will my order ship? How can I track it?
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your package ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
When will I receive my product(s)?
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates along the way so you can follow your delivery.
I just placed an order, but changed my mind. Can I cancel it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Email us as soon as you can at info@dermaphilic.com. We’ll do our best to catch it in time.
Something came damaged or missing from my order. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@dermaphilic.com with your order number. We’ll make it right.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can ship to P.O. boxes, but only through USPS. If your shipping address is a P.O. box, please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to those addresses. In those cases, we’ll automatically ship your order via USPS to ensure successful delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only. If that changes, we’ll be sure to announce it.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from New York, USA.
Can I return my product(s) for a refund?
All purchases are final sale. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged (even if unopened). Our products are handmade in small-batches to ensure quality and freshness, and because our products cannot be resold once they leave our facility, we’re unable to accept returns for refund or credit. Are your products sold in physical stores?
Not yet. Right now, we’re exclusively available online at dermaphilic.com. If that changes, we’ll let you know.
Are your products real/authentic?
Absolutely. Dermaphilic products are only sold through our official website. We don’t currently distribute through third-party retailers or marketplaces.
A product I want is sold out. When will it be available again?
We do our best to restock quickly, but as a small-batch brand, some products may take longer to return. The best way to stay in the loop is by joining our email list or following us on Instagram.
Are your products safe to use for all ages and skin types?
Our products are carefully formulated to be safe to use. However, like with any new product, we highly recommend doing a patch test beforehand.
Can I use Dermaphilic products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
As every person is unique, and women who are pregnant may be especially sensitive to certain ingredients, we recommend that anyone who is under a doctor’s care consult with that doctor before using any new personal care products from any source.
We suggest bringing the product(s) ingredients list to your physician who can best address whether this product is safe for use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
When do Dermaphilic products expire?
All Dermaphilic products have an expiration date. Please check the PAO, or period-after-opening date, on all our packaging. This should look like a small open jar with a number inside. This refers to the number of months we recommend using the product before disposing. Store products in a cool, dry place for best shelf life.
How long does it take to see results?
Everyone’s skin chemistry is unique, and we believe your mileage may vary. We cannot predict when you will see noticeable results. We do recommend giving the products a chance to work by maintaining at least 2 weeks to a month of regular use. If you experience irritation at any point, we recommend discontinuing use right away.
