Refund policy

At Dermaphilic, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your skincare. Due to the nature of our formulations and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made directly through Dermaphilic are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped (even if unopened).

Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness, and because we cannot guarantee the condition, handling, or storage of products once they have shipped, we’re unable to accept returns for refund or credit.

Products purchased from authorized retail partners are subject to that retailer's return policy.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

All orders are insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost once an insurance claim is approved. See our Shipping Policy for more details on delivery and tracking expectations.

If an item is missing from your order or you received the wrong product, please contact us with your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Dermaphilic maintains the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. This means we reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund or accept your order for any reason - including, but not limited to, if we deem your order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.

Returned Shipments

Shipping carriers may require full payment for reshipping returned items. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, being refused, or left unclaimed, we may need to charge for additional postage or reshipment.
